Job Summary: We are seeking a professional to develop a comprehensive ERP system, migrating from Google Sheets to SQL with a GUI, and maintain a WordPress website while automating processes. Key Highlights: 1. Comprehensive ERP development covering inventory, accounting, sales, and invoicing. 2. WordPress website maintenance and process automation using bots. 3. In-person methodology for continuous communication with management. Ultrapc Dhc is a small, growing company engaged in the sale of computers and certain computer supplies, as well as technical support services. We are located in Providencia, near Tobalaba metro station, with elevator access and no parking available. JOB DESCRIPTION We seek a professional capable of developing an ERP system, transforming current Google Sheets spreadsheets into SQL (database) with a graphical user interface (GUI), delivering an easy-to-use, integrated software solution covering inventory, accounting, sales, quotations, and invoicing. Additionally, the candidate must be able to perform WordPress website maintenance—including style adjustments, functionality enhancements, and process automation using bots. The methodology is in-person to ensure continuous communication with management regarding project decisions. Desirable (but not mandatory) skills (Extra Bonus): -Digital Marketing: Google Ads, Analytics, Merchant Center, Tag Manager, SEO/SEM, Advertising, Meta Business. REQUIREMENTS Minimum technical education as a systems analyst/programmer. Prior experience completing a similar ERP project; proficiency in PHP, databases, WooCommerce, and Odoo.
