Preventive and corrective equipment maintenance An Information Technology (IT) Services company is looking to hire: IT Support Technicians With experience in computing and printing Main Responsibilities: • Diagnosis and evaluation of printers. • Telephone support and assistance to users. • Repair, cleaning, component replacement, and functionality testing of equipment. • Support in preventive and corrective maintenance of assigned incidents. • Performing internal and external maintenance tasks on assigned equipment, as per service orders. • Tracking and managing pending spare parts requests (active and in-service equipment). • Providing installation, warranty, and maintenance services for printing equipment, both in offices and on-site. • On-site visits for diagnosis, repair, and maintenance of contracted equipment. • Preparing detailed technical reports for clients. • Proficiency in technical and service manuals. -Requirements- Minimum Education: High School Diploma (Humanities/Technical Track) Less than 1 year of experience Knowledge: Printing, Printers, Help Desk, Operating Systems, Support, Technical Support Driver's License: Class B Willingness to Travel: Yes Keywords: technologist, technician, tech, technician, technology, technology, technologist, support, support, field, field, territory, territory
