Job Objective: As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating software/systems development activities, ensuring the implementation of efficient and high-quality solutions. Responsibilities: You will serve as the team’s technical reference, actively participating in decision-making and problem-solving. Lead and manage development cells (currently 3 cells totaling 12 people). Assign tasks, responsibilities, and estimated timeframes. Monitor various development projects. Optimize time management for your team members. Define team priorities and objectives, promoting collaborative work. Train team members. Align team priorities with business objectives. Conditions: Location: Downtown Santiago. Work Mode: IN-PERSON Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30–18:30 hrs.; Friday, 08:30–17:30 hrs. (1-hour lunch break) Contract Type: Fixed-term contract, followed by an indefinite contract.
