Job Summary: We are seeking a Junior Planning and Control Assistant to support the development, management, and monitoring of maintenance logistics plans within the mining area. Key Highlights: 1. Monitoring and control of processes at the site A company specialized in delivering services to the mining sector is currently seeking a Junior Planning and Control Assistant. Responsibilities: - Develop maintenance logistics plans and related activities for the company's services together with the assigned Maintenance Planner. - Support, manage, and execute the defined logistics plan through contact with and confirmation from suppliers, based on confirmation and review by the assigned Logistics Planner, Maintenance Planner, and internal departments of the organization. - Monitor the logistics plan to ensure its proper execution. - Conduct maintenance process control on-site. - Enter information into the company's software, along with submission of progress and completion reports for maintenance activities. - Update information in the database for analysis, development, and timely delivery of information regarding the progress of each maintenance activity. - Deliver information and collaborate with the Maintenance Planner in developing the final maintenance report.
