Job Summary: We are seeking a Technical Leader to supervise and coordinate software development, ensuring efficient and high-quality solutions, acting as a technical reference and leading development cells. Key Highlights: 1. Lead and manage development cells, optimizing personnel management 2. Serve as a technical reference, actively participating in decision-making 3. Align team priorities with business objectives and train team members We are looking for a Technical Leader professional with proven experience in leading Development Cell teams and programming. Job Objective: As a Technical Leader, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating software/systems development activities, ensuring the implementation of efficient and high-quality solutions. What will your responsibilities be? - Act as a technical reference for the team, actively participating in decision-making and problem resolution. - Lead and manage development cells (currently 3 cells totaling 12 people). - Assign tasks, assign responsibilities, and estimate timelines. - Monitor various development projects. - Optimize time management for personnel under your supervision. - Define team priorities and objectives, fostering collaborative work. - Train team members. - Align team priorities with business objectives. Conditions: - Location: SANTIAGO CENTRO. - Work Mode: IN-PERSON - Working Hours: Monday to Thursday, 08:30 to 18:30 hrs. / Friday, 08:30 to 17:30 hrs. (1-hour lunch break) - Contract: Fixed-term contract, subsequently indefinite-term.
