Manage job offers and CV database A leading consulting firm specializing in recruitment and selection analysis is seeking a Human Resources intern to join the team and acquire practical experience in the Recruitment and Selection area. What will you do? • Post job openings on various available platforms according to assigned requirements (Low-Medium Profitability). • Maintain contact with universities and institutes regarding job openings. • Update the company's job portal website daily, or other portals as required. • Prepare job description documents when needed, for client approval, following prior review by the commercial department. • Update the CV database and save it on the server. • Conduct resume screening using the company's internal database. • Coordinate and conduct individual and/or group interviews (Remote) to identify potential candidates. • Manage the company's social media accounts for various postings, including LinkedIn and other portals. • Coordinate psychological assessments when required, via Outlook. What do you need to apply? - Higher Technical Diploma in Human Resources Administration or Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources Administration Engineering. Benefits: Internship allowance.
