Coordinate media relations and develop reputation strategies At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking to incorporate an Internal and External Communications Journalist into our team, who will be responsible for strengthening and managing the company's corporate communication, ensuring consistency between the image we project and our public presence. Position Objective Manage and strengthen the company's corporate communication, ensuring consistency in the image projected to customers, suppliers, media, and social networks. Main Responsibilities External Communications Define how the company presents itself publicly. Develop the communication tone and brand narrative. Draft press releases, news articles, interviews, and corporate content. Oversee the company's and its executives' presence on social media. Coordinate public appearances, press engagements, and media relations. Develop strategies to strengthen reputation and positioning. Support the development of the CEO's and executives' personal brands. Review visual and communicational consistency of campaigns and publications. Corporate Communications Create corporate announcements and communications. Organize content for meetings, milestones, and company activities. Ensure communicational consistency across different channels and platforms. Requirements Professional degree in Journalism, Social Communication, or a related field. Excellent writing and spelling skills. Experience in corporate communications, press, or brand management. Proficiency in social media and digital communication. Ability to draft corporate and strategic content. Strong communicational judgment and institutional image management skills. Proactivity, organization, and ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
