Position Summary: We are seeking an Auditor Accountant to support accounting, operational, and technological processes within Administration and Finance, working directly with management on control, analysis, and operational support. Direct collaboration with management and the finance department At Holding Grupo Firma, we are looking for an Auditor Accountant to join the Administration and Finance department, supporting accounting, operational, and technological processes related to the company's financial management. The candidate will work directly with department management, actively participating in control, analysis, and operational support processes. Main Responsibilities: Provide support to NetSuite system users. Prepare and analyze monthly income statements. Manage processes related to the supplier and accounts receivable departments. Perform ledger reconciliations between internal systems and SII (Internal Revenue Service) ledgers. Support the integration of Facele with the NetSuite ERP. Execute bulk data uploads into NetSuite. Support administrative and accounting processes within the finance department. Participate in internal audit and management control activities. Requirements: Professional degree as an Auditor Accountant or related field. Experience in internal auditing and accounting processes. Proficiency in NetSuite. Knowledge of Nubox. Intermediate or advanced Excel skills. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Proactivity and willingness to support various departments. Position Information: This position does not supervise any personnel. Direct collaboration with management and the finance department. Work Mode: On-site in Talca.
