Purpose of the Position** --------------------------- * Ensure **project planning, physical progress control, and cost control**, in accordance with **applicable regulations**, **Ferrovial Construction Chile** standards, client contractual requirements, and targets for **productivity, quality, safety, and environment**. * Provide **reliable and timely information** for decision-making and promote **value engineering**. **3\. Key Responsibilities** ------------------------------- * **Control and monitoring of the master schedule** (MS Project), aligned with contractual milestones and KPIs. * **Cost and resource control**, deviation analysis, and proposal of corrective actions. * **Regulatory compliance and ISO standards** (9001, 45001, 14001\) and client requirements. **4\. General Functions** --------------------------- * Develop and update **construction planning** (long-term and short-term). * Conduct **physical and financial progress monitoring**, with reports and indicators. * Support **contract and subcontract management** (specifications, quantity take-offs, payment certificates). **5\. Specific Functions of the Area (Technical Office)** -------------------------------------------------------- * Development and control of the project’s **master schedule**. * Preparation of **quantity take-offs, volume calculations, valuations, and payment certificates**. * **Technical review and coordination across disciplines** (BIM / AutoCAD). **6\. Specific Functions of the Position** --------------------------------------- * Modeling and updating schedules in **MS Project** (critical path, impacts). * Analysis and reporting of **KPIs** (progress, costs, productivity). * Administration of **technical document management systems**. **7\. Mandatory Requirements** ------------------------------ ### **7\.1 Academic Qualifications** * **Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer, or related degree** (accredited institution). * Preferred background in **project management, planning, or contracts**. ### **7\.2 Computer Skills** * **MS Project** (intermediate–advanced). * **AutoCAD** and blueprint reading. * **BIM** (Revit or others) – preferred. * **Construction ERP systems**. * **Advanced Excel** and proficiency in Microsoft Office. ### **7\.3 Certifications (Highly Preferred)** * **ISO 9001, ISO 45001, ISO 14001**. * Project management (PMI or others). * BIM, value engineering, and occupational/safety regulations. ### **7\.4 Technical Competencies** * Construction planning and control (critical path method). * Cost control, quantity take-offs, and performance analysis. * Technical document management. * Integrated use of **MS Project, AutoCAD, BIM, and ERP**. * Experience in **large-scale infrastructure projects**. ### **7\.5 Experience** * **3 to 5 years** in construction projects. * Experience in **Technical Office or planning functions**. * Participation in **major infrastructure works** (metro, tunnels, highways). **Seize the challenge.
