Advise on the identification and management of compliance with legal requirements related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment, leading HSE management aligned with the company's policies and objectives.

We are seeking an **HSE Risk Manager, Article 22, for Copiapó.**
**Objective:**
Advise on the identification and management of compliance with legal requirements related to Safety, Occupational Health, and Environment applicable to various contracts, as well as regulatory requirements established by clients. Advise managerial and operational personnel on implementing and complying with Health, Safety, and Environmental procedures, regulations, and standards. Lead HSE management in alignment with the company’s policies, objectives, and goals. Provide technical input on risk control and SIGDI standards at assigned service centers.
**Main Responsibilities:**
* Responsible for planning, implementing, and monitoring Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) Plans and Programs under the contract’s Management System, ensuring compliance with applicable legislation and regulatory requirements defined by the client company.
* Participate in the design, implementation, and monitoring of training, capacity-building, and awareness programs on safety, occupational health, and environment, as well as other topics related to quality and community relations.
* Plan, advise on, and verify on-site compliance with safety procedures and standards, as well as compliance with current legal regulations.
* Lead field teams on Health, Safety, and Environmental (HSE) matters, implementing new campaigns.
**Requirements:**
* University degree in Occupational Risk Prevention Engineering, registered as a Professional Expert (SNS).
* Minimum 3 years of experience in mining.
* Class B driver’s license with at least 2 years of validity.
* Residence in Copiapó.
* Availability for frequent travel.
* Availability for overnight stays outside the city.
* Availability to work on-site.
* Knowledge of Occupational Health and Safety Management Systems (OH&S MS).
* Knowledge of implementing occupational health protocols and technical guidelines.
* Availability to work under Article 22, Monday to Friday, at the Copiapó office.
