The candidate must be located in Santiago, Chile, to attend the office several days per week as required by the project. Applications are only received at getonbrd.com. ### **Job Responsibilities** * Coordinate and supervise projects of varying complexity, ensuring delivery within the agreed timeline and budget. * Act as the primary point of contact between development teams and stakeholders, facilitating clear and efficient communication. * Participate in requirements definition together with the development team and the client. * Manage the backlog and prioritize tasks according to project objectives. * Support the implementation and improvement of agile processes (Scrum, Kanban) within the team. * Identify risks and propose solutions to mitigate issues throughout the project lifecycle. * Facilitate technical discovery alongside the team, ensuring proposed solutions align with expectations. * Document technical and product decisions, ensuring transparency and traceability across projects. ### **Requirements** * 2–3 years of experience in project management or Technical Product Manager roles within technology projects. * Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Notion, or similar. * Familiarity with technical software development concepts (QA, pipelines, cloud, APIs) to effectively collaborate with technical teams. * Ability to identify risks and prioritize solutions. * Initiative and proactivity to lead projects and teams. * Excellent interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively within diverse, multicultural teams. * Strong time management and multitasking capabilities. **Work Mode:** Hybrid – Availability to work onsite at the office when requested is required. ### **Nice-to-Haves** * Prior experience in consulting or software project management within industries such as retail, insurance, finance, etc. * Advanced skills in metric management and KPI evaluation. * Desire for growth within the organization and willingness to assume roles with greater responsibility. * Executive-level cloud knowledge (AWS, GCP) ### **Dynamo Benefits** * Flexible working hours Make an impact.
