Estimated duration of the tendered contract: **18** months. **What are we looking for?** **Mandatory Requirements:** Degree-holding professional: Civil Engineer, Construction Engineer / Civil Construction Technician, or Executive Engineer. * Minimum of 10 years of general experience and 5 years of specific experience. * Professionals holding a university technical degree or a professional institute degree may apply for this position if they have at least 8 years of professional experience and 4 years of specific experience leading a technical office and/or quality assurance. **Other Requirements** * Intermediate-level knowledge and use of MS Project, Quality Management Systems, and experience with ISO standards (9001\). * Experience in continuous improvement, internal audits, and process control. * Familiarity with document management systems and quality management systems.
