An HVAC application company seeks to hire an HVAC Construction Supervisor responsible for the proper execution of HVAC projects using VRF and chiller systems, ensuring technical compliance, schedule adherence, quality, and safety. Responsibilities * Daily on-site supervision of HVAC construction works. * Coordination of technical teams and subcontractors. * Monitoring of progress, schedules, and execution quality. * Review of VRF and chiller system installations (mechanical, electrical, and control). * Coordination with technical office, engineering, and clients. * Management of materials, equipment, and site logistics. * Compliance with safety regulations and procedures. * Preparation of progress reports and site reports. Requirements * Technical or professional education in HVAC, Refrigeration, Mechanical Engineering, or Electrical Engineering. * Proven experience in VRF and chiller HVAC construction projects (mandatory). * Knowledge of installation, testing, and commissioning. * Leadership ability and team management skills. * Ability to read drawings and coordinate on-site activities. * Class B driver's license. * Willingness to work on-site and undertake occasional travel. * Availability for night shifts and possible meetings during daytime shifts.
