Additionally, they must manage their personnel regarding shifts, replacements, medical leaves, vacations, permissions, uniforms, PPE, etc. EXCLUSIVE REQUIREMENT: Must possess knowledge—and preferably experience—in hospital hygiene regulations and their application in hospital cleaning, management of REAS waste, correct use of PPE (especially), and implementation of IAAS protocols related to hospital cleaning. Other requirements: Operational skills, team leadership, shift and routine coordination, supply control and adherence to standards, effective communication with our Technical Service Inspector and all clinical teams on-site. Digital tools: Proficiency in Excel, Outlook, and attendance control systems (ControlRoll or similar). Ideally resides in Casablanca or nearby areas for commuting purposes.
