We are looking for a Full-Stack Software Engineer / Full-Stack Developer who can take ownership of our core product architecture. You won’t be limited to writing repetitive scripts; you’ll be defining the technical execution across our entire software suite. Key Responsibilities End-to-End Development: Design, build, and maintain scalable web applications from database architecture through front\-end implementation. Systems Architecture: Own the technical lifecycle of our digital products, ensuring high performance, security, and seamless service integration. Code Quality: Write clean, maintainable code; conduct thorough code reviews; and implement automated tests to elevate engineering team performance. Problem Solving: Don’t guess. Debug, optimize, and validate technical solutions with data and testing before shipping to production. Collaboration: Collaborate closely with product managers and stakeholders. You’ll clearly explain complex technical trade-offs to non-technical team members. What We’re Looking For Experience: Proven professional experience in Full-Stack Software Engineering (or strong backend/frontend development roles). Portfolio and Code: A strong GitHub profile, portfolio, or history of launched projects is non-negotiable. We want to see how you solve problems, structure your code, and build solutions. Tools: You are an advanced user of modern frameworks, databases, and version control workflows. Language Skills: Professional proficiency in both Spanish and English for technical documentation and collaboration. Mindset: You are pragmatic.
