Finning, a strategic partner of CATERPILLAR and leader in equipment and service distribution, is searching for top talent to fulfill the role of Expeditor for the Radomiro Tomic contract. Job Description Summary You will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the contract, ensuring accurate document management, accreditations, internal controls, and necessary coordination to ensure optimal operational performance and compliance with client requirements. Key responsibilities include: * Personnel accreditation (document upload to client platform, position assignment, corporate uniforms, accommodation, credentials). * Processing of internal licenses (certifications, PSM exam, training courses, physical and digital file control). * Vehicle and equipment accreditation (preparation of files, scheduling, platform upload, assignment of internal number). * Maintenance and organization of contractual documentation and internal personnel licenses (physical and digital formats). * Renewal and maintenance of document validity on client platforms. * Support during client labor audits (attendance register, signed payroll slips, medical leaves, vacations, permits, and required documentation). * Daily attendance tracking. * Equipment escorting. * Support in vacation and leave administration (coordination with Compensation Analyst). * Coordination of Random testing. * Delivery and control of PPE to the client and Risk Prevention Department. * Control and management of light-duty vehicles (preventive maintenance, technical inspections, repairs, documentation). * Control and management of support equipment (technical inspections, certifications, payment status, repair requests). * Organization and maintenance of associated physical and digital files. * Input and submission of Work Orders (OTs) via client platform. * Control and safeguarding of OTs by date and equipment. * Preparation of weekend safety plans. * Coordination of escorts. * Coordination of transportation, hotels, travel tickets, and events. * Cross-functional administrative support to analysts and other contract areas. * Accommodation room control at camp. * Bulk distribution of corporate uniforms. * Delivery and control of office and stationery supplies. Required Qualifications: * Engineering, Business Administration, Human Resources, Logistics, or related field. * Prior experience in mining or industrial contracts is desirable. * Intermediate Excel proficiency. * Physical and digital document management. * Logistics and administrative coordination. * Basic labor regulations knowledge. * Experience with platforms such as Webcontrol or similar is desirable. * Minimum 2 years in similar administrative or operational roles. * Experience in document control and accreditation platforms. * Experience in labor audits (desirable). * Must reside in the Antofagasta region.
