What Will Be Some of Your Responsibilities? Your primary mission will be to lead the commercial development of technologically scalable solutions with rapid deployment potential in Chile, ensuring revenue generation and operational viability of execution. On a day-to-day basis, you will: * Identify business opportunities among corporate clients and strategic accounts, gathering market insights to prioritize solutions with the highest potential. * Drive the introduction of rapidly adoptable technological solutions into the Chilean market—giving preference to those already developed in Spain—and contribute to their local adaptation and packaging. * Collaborate closely with the commercial team to prospect, qualify, and develop opportunities, participating in client meetings and building compelling value propositions. * Coordinate participation of solution specialists and technical teams from any SEIDOR office in complex opportunities. * Define the deployment model for each solution (local, regional/global, or SaaS) and ensure full alignment between the commercial proposal and actual delivery capacity. * End-to-end management of key opportunities, guaranteeing accurate transition and consistency between what is sold and what is delivered (delivery). * Rigorously track the pipeline, forecast, and progress of area opportunities. * Manage the area’s P\&L, assuming responsibility for final business results. * Initially coordinate deployment and delivery by leveraging Global teams or recruiting SEIDOR resources from other countries—until local practice development and consolidation is justified by volume. * Provide feedback to solution and delivery teams to continuously improve scalability and repeatability of offerings.
