Distribuidora Aconcagua Ltda. is looking to hire an "ACCOUNTING AND ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT" to support its accounting, finance, and billing departments. **Main Responsibilities:** Support the registration of invoices and accounting documents in the system. Organize physical and digital files. Assist in issuing accounting reports and reviewing tax documents (receipts, invoices, etc.). Process supplier accounts, payroll, quotations, and other related duties. Requirements * Technical or university education in **accounting, administration, or a related field**. * Intermediate-level proficiency in **Excel**. * Basic knowledge of **tax documentation or accounting processes**. * Strong abilities in **organization, follow-up, and accountability**. * ERP accounting module knowledge is desirable.
