




Job Summary: We are seeking an HR Assistant to support personnel management—from onboarding to data updates—and provide administrative support for payroll. Key Responsibilities: 1. Administrative support for payroll processes The company requires an HR Assistant to work at its office located in Santiago. Conditions **Net salary:** $ 700\.000 **Working hours:** Monday to Friday, 9:00 to 18:15. **Work location:** Santiago Centro. **Responsibilities:** Input new employees into the ECP system (Central Employee), after validating documentation provided by the Selection Department. Review and ensure onboarding documentation is complete and complies with established requirements. Execute onboarding processes within organizational deadlines. Register new hires with the Labor Directorate (DT) and the Unemployment Fund Administrator (AFC). Maintain up-to-date employee information across all systems. Provide administrative support for payroll-related processes. And other duties inherent to the position. **Requirements:** Hold a Technical Higher Education degree or a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. Have at least 1 year of experience performing duties identical or similar to those required for this position. Experience in personnel onboarding processes and in using HR or ERP systems.
