It is recognized globally as the foremost authority on quality and integrity, with over 95,000 employees and a network of more than 2,400 offices and laboratories worldwide. **Job Description** * Performs physical, chemical, or microbiological analyses using predetermined techniques to meet service requirements within the department, adhering to all safety regulations, quality control standards, organizational policies, and environmental policies. * Participates in updating or developing new methodologies, including method execution, result recording, data processing, and implementation of procedures and protocols as required. * Operates, supports, and maintains optimal functionality of equipment and related consumables used in job functions, and is responsible for reporting malfunctions or replacement needs. **Requirements** * Formal Education: Chemical Analyst, Mid-level Technician, Higher-level Technician, University Technician, Professional Technician, or other studies oriented toward Chemistry-related fields. * Experience: Ideally 1 year of experience. * Minimum Required Competencies: Practical and theoretical knowledge of analytical methods relevant to the area or service. * Knowledge: Laboratory equipment procedures and usage; safety regulations and traceability requirements for sample handling. * Gravimetric and potentiometric analysis * Leaching tests * Operation of drying ovens and muffle furnaces * Preparation of solutions and reagents **Additional Information** We offer: * Life insurance from the date of joining the organization * Special leave entitlements * Benefits through Caja Los Andes and associated agreements * Ongoing training
