Job stability and growth opportunities We are currently seeking a **Civil Works and Structures Foreman** to lead work crews on industrial projects, ensuring proper execution of civil works activities, metallic structure assembly, scaffolding erection and inspection, and industrial painting tasks, in compliance with established safety, quality, and productivity standards. **Key Responsibilities** ------------------------- ### **Construction Execution and Control** * Plan, assign, and supervise daily and weekly crew tasks. * Allocate and monitor resources such as personnel, tools, materials, and scaffolding. * Verify dimensions, levels, squares, plumb lines, and tolerances on metallic structures (frames, beams, walkways, and other components). * Monitor torque values and fastenings, ensuring accurate documentation and tracking via bolt-tightening checklists. * Supervise the erection, use, and inspection of multidirectional, frame-type, and tower scaffolds, managing the issuance of the corresponding green tag. * Supervise surface preparation and application of industrial painting systems according to required procedures and environmental conditions. ### **Safety and Risk Control** * Ensure compliance with critical controls related to working at height, scaffolding, load lifting, excavations, and tool usage. * Restrict use of scaffolds lacking a green tag or presenting outstanding observations. * Maintain order, cleanliness, area segregation, and proper signage at work fronts. * Promote a preventive culture and adherence to project and client safety procedures. ### **Operational Coordination and Quality** * Coordinate activities with Technical Office, Logistics, HSE, and QA/QC departments. * Timely manage operational requirements, constraints, and needs from the work front. * Ensure compliance with procedures, technical specifications, and quality standards established by the client. **Requirements** -------------- * Proven experience as a Foreman on industrial, mining, or construction projects. * Knowledge of civil works, metallic structure assembly, scaffolding, and industrial painting. * Ability to read and interpret drawings and technical specifications. * Familiarity with industrial safety standards and risk control practices. * Leadership capability, team coordination skills, and on-site problem-solving ability. **Competencies** ---------------- * Leadership and teamwork. * Safety orientation. * Organization and planning. * Effective communication. * Focus on quality and deadline adherence. **We Offer** ------------- * Opportunity to join a company with high safety and quality standards. * Professional development on large-scale projects. * Job stability and growth opportunities.
