This role is responsible for leading and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and transformations across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and implement change management strategies for SAP projects. * Act as the primary point of contact (focal point) for all change management topics. * Develop and execute communication, training, and user adoption plans. * Collaborate closely with IT, business teams, and key stakeholders to align change initiatives. * Assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. * Support stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. * Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and effectiveness. **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience in SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, or enhancements). * Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Ability to work in regional or global environments with cross\-functional teams.
