We provide services across the Enterprise Technology Stack for business process outsourcing, analytics and engineering, applications, security, cloud, IT outsourcing and modern workplace. **Role Description:** The SAP Senior Change Manager will act as the focal point for all change management activities related to SAP initiatives. This role is responsible for leading and executing change management strategies to ensure successful adoption of new systems, processes, and transformations across the organization. **Key Responsibilities:** * Define and implement change management strategies for SAP projects. * Act as the primary point of contact (focal point) for all change management topics. * Develop and execute communication, training, and user adoption plans. * Collaborate closely with IT, business teams, and key stakeholders to align change initiatives. * Assess change impacts, identify risks, and develop mitigation plans. * Support stakeholders throughout the full project lifecycle. * Monitor and report on change adoption metrics and effectiveness. **Key Requirements:** * Proven experience in SAP projects (implementations, rollouts, or enhancements). * Strong knowledge of change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR, Prosci). * Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and leadership skills. * Ability to work in regional or global environments with cross\-functional teams.
