What is the role’s mission? * Development of new Tottus supermarket locations and leasing of commercial spaces. Responsibilities: * Identifying new opportunities for developing supermarkets. * Conducting communal-level analyses to identify strategic locations. * Negotiating with developers, real estate agents, and other relevant stakeholders. * Managing and maintaining relationships with existing landlords. * Supporting the marketing and leasing of commercial spaces and units. * Supporting the development of new commercial space and unit opportunities. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Degree in Commercial Engineering, Civil Engineering, or related field. * Experience in a role related to real estate development. * Advanced Excel proficiency. * Proven experience managing multiple stakeholders and achieving commercial agreements. * Demonstrated ability to identify opportunities and lead complex negotiations with high initiative. * Personal transportation required. * Preferred: Experience reviewing and analyzing contracts, including knowledge of legal terminology.
