Position Summary: We are seeking a Power BI professional to transform data into strategic information by connecting, modeling, and analyzing databases to develop interactive dashboards and reports. Collaboration with various departments for concrete analysis We seek a professional with proven experience in **Power BI**, capable of transforming data into strategic information to support decision-making. Their primary responsibility will be to connect, model, and analyze databases, developing **interactive dashboards** and reports that provide clear and timely visibility to the organization. **Responsibilities:** * Connect and manage various **data sources** (SQL, Excel, ERP, CRM, etc.). * Design, develop, and maintain **Power BI reports and dashboards**. * Create optimized data models and table relationships for efficient analysis. * Develop key performance indicators (KPIs) and management metrics tailored to the company's needs. * Implement **report automation** and data refresh processes. * Collaborate with various departments (operations, finance, sales, etc.) to gather requirements and translate them into concrete analyses. * Ensure data quality, consistency, and security. **Requirements:** * Proven experience in **Power BI** (minimum 2 years). * Solid knowledge of **data modeling, DAX, and Power Query**. * Proficiency in **SQL** and experience working with relational databases. * Ability to analyze and synthesize complex information. * ETL (extraction, transformation, and loading) experience is desirable. * Intermediate English proficiency is desirable for handling technical documentation. **Personal Competencies:** * Analytical thinking and results orientation. * Ability to work in teams and communicate effectively with non-technical departments. * Proactivity in proposing improvements to data management and reporting. * Attention to detail and commitment to quality. **Education:** * Degree in Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Civil Engineering, Management Control, or related fields.
