The role involves hands-on technical tasks, customer interaction, and compliance with quality and safety standards.* Learn and perform preventive maintenance tasks on simulators and associated systems. * Support diagnosis and correction of faults in simulators and their systems. * Use the maintenance management system to record and track performed activities. * Complete all assigned training activities. * Perform pre-flight and post-flight tasks on designated simulators. * Execute basic visual alignments. * Automatically execute the Qualification Test Guide (QTG). * Support hardware renewal and modifications. * Learn and comply with CAE’s quality management system. * Provide customer support and address customer needs promptly. * Perform maintenance tasks to keep simulators in operational condition. * Perform administrative tasks as required. * Support the Technical Services team when required. * Work rotating shifts (4x2: morning, afternoon, and night). **Minimum Requirements** ---------------------- * Technical degree in Electronic Engineering, Mechatronics, Mechanical Engineering, or a field related to aviation. * Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience. * Ability to interpret drawings, schematics, and system diagrams. * Basic computer knowledge. * Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite tools. * Intermediate level of English. * Availability to work rotating shifts, including night shifts. * Physical capability to meet job demands, including **Preferred Requirements** ------------------------ * Prior experience working with flight simulators or complex electromechanical systems. * Knowledge of Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS). * Experience in regulated environments or with formal quality management systems. **Physical Requirements:** * Constantly climb up and down stairs, scaffolds, ramps, and poles. * Frequently change body positions, including working in confined spaces. * Occasionally remain in stationary positions. * Constantly lift or move objects weighing up to 20 kilograms. * Constantly communicate with others to exchange information. * Frequently perform repetitive motions with wrists, hands, or fingers. \_\_\_\_\_\_ **About CAE** ============= *At CAE, our mission is clear: to help make the world a safer place.
