At Marienberg, we are looking for production operators whose main objective is to maintain and operate machinery under optimal conditions to meet assigned production schedules. The essence of service delivery lies in performing agreed-upon tasks, optimizing productive efficiency — i.e., achieving maximum possible output considering the specific tasks assigned — with the highest possible quality, while complying with safety and quality standards throughout the work shift. Responsibilities: Identify and understand materials (type, color, weight, etc.) within the assigned process area. Ensure proper handling and storage of materials when transporting and loading them onto assigned machines. Maintain constant awareness of required precautions regarding assigned machinery and equipment. Optimize and maximize material usage. Manage and control waste. Contribute to facility cleanliness and hygiene in common areas. Contribute to maintaining a positive work environment and healthy interpersonal relationships. Comply with specifications, ISO 9001 standards, procedures, and instructions outlined in the Quality Manual. Apply appropriate techniques in product manufacturing. Requirements: Secondary education, preferably with a technical specialization. Experience in the plastics industry is desirable. Familiarity with 5S and TPM methodologies is preferred. Experience operating injection molding machines, extruders, and weaving machines. Manufacturing experience. Availability to work rotating shifts. Class D driver’s license (not mandatory).
