Analyze cases and refer them to outpatient auditing **Job Description** ---------------------- At Banmédica Health Insurance \- Vida Tres, we are looking for our next Outpatient Liquidator. A professional responsible for reviewing, analyzing, and processing outpatient reimbursement and bonus requests, with the objective of performing corresponding liquidations, all in accordance with parameters defined by the Isapre and current legal regulations. Main responsibilities include: * Review and interpret clinical and administrative documentation (invoices, medical orders, examinations, service detail lists, etc.). * Verify that data entered by affiliates is accurate, complete, and meets established requirements. * Enter data into the Isapre's systems to process reimbursements or issue bonuses. * Analyze cases and refer them to outpatient auditing when applicable. * Process requests efficiently and accurately. **Candidate Requirements** -------------------------- * Experience in health service liquidation, preferably within an Isapre (desirable). * Experience in administrative areas of clinics, Isapres, health centers, or related institutions. * Basic/intermediate Excel proficiency.
