Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation; cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, milk and dairy products, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. * Assemble and serve meals to patients and staff; distribute meals to rooms and dining areas according to the prescribed diet type and daily schedule. Requirements * Minimum 2 years’ experience as a kitchen assistant. * Residence from Arica to Iquique. * Knowledge of food handling and collective catering. * Academic qualification relevant to the position. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating 10\*10 shifts with camp accommodation. * Health compatible with high-altitude geographic conditions.
