Responsibilities * Perform food production tasks in the kitchen area and implement hygiene standards for food preparation; * Carry out preparatory operations for food preparation: cleaning, washing, as well as chopping, cutting, mixing, grinding, blending, and sifting fruits, vegetables, meats, dairy products and derivatives, cereals, flours, legumes, and ingredients as required. * Participate in the preparation of standard or special meals, including meal preparation and cooking. * Work in hot, cold, and pastry sections. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in food handling. * Basic knowledge of food handling in mass consumption. * Ability to work in a team and in a dynamic environment. * Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts and to stay overnight at camp. * Potential for professional growth and development within the company. * Friendly and collaborative work environment. * Opportunities for continuous learning and training.
