We are looking for a motivated and analytical professional to join our finance team, with a focus on account management and optimization of administrative routines. What will be your mission? Manage, supervise, and ensure that the company’s revenues are collected effectively and promptly. **Key Responsibilities:** Conduct detailed accounts receivable analyses and bank reconciliations. Manage collections routines and maintain direct contact with internal and external stakeholders. Identify and resolve discrepancies between internal systems and customer records. Independently generate management reports and performance dashboards. **Mandatory Requirements:** **Excel Proficiency:** Fluent use of pivot tables, VLOOKUP, complex formulas, and data visualization (dashboards/charts). **Intermediate English:** Ability to exchange written messages with support teams and international stakeholders. **Education and Experience:** **Education:** Technical or university degree in Accounting, Business Administration, or related fields. **Experience:** Minimum 1 year in similar roles, with solid knowledge of aging analysis and reconciliation processes. Candidates with industry experience will be prioritized. **Desired Competencies:** Strong analytical skills and attention to detail. Autonomy to propose improvements to current reports.
