We are seeking individuals interested in joining our team as production assistants, where they can learn the craft of casting and metal-mechanical engineering. What do we offer? Working hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, with availability to work on Saturdays. Salary: Between $600,000 and $900,000 CLP (net). Work environment: A positive culture and commitment to continuous learning. Job responsibilities: Learning and performing green sand molding and casting processes. Filling and compacting wet sand molds. Preparing special casting sands. Using measuring and mechanical tools. Sharpening tools, simple machining, machine-based quality control. Operating and assembling Italian machinery, and cleaning the work area. Implementing 5S Lean Manufacturing.
