




Culinary assistant with gastronomic studies from high school or higher education is required (mandatory requirement) Schedules = Rotating 6x1 07:30 to 16:00 / 10:30 to 19:00 Duties: * Preparation of breakfast, salads, and desserts * Maintaining clean and organized work areas * Preparation of desserts, jellies, mousses, bavarois, among others * Courteous interaction with customers * Organization and storage of raw materials * Receiving raw materials twice per week * Recording service, receiving, and closing procedures according to the assigned shift * Conducting inventory counts * Completing safety and prevention records
