Support resolution of customer requests related to the billing process At **AEROSAN**, we seek to hire a **Billing Specialist** to join our team at Pudahuel, International Cargo Terminal of the Airport. This role involves executing billing processes, document release, collections, accounts receivable collection, and customer service to maintain records of financial transactions and ensure compliance with the company’s established credit limits. **Responsibilities** * Execute collections in the billing system, subsequently deliver supporting documentation to the customer, and archive resulting documents. * Prepare accounts receivable collection management, as well as reports associated with the collection and accounts receivable collection process. * Prepare billing information from various business areas and notify possible inconsistencies contained therein. * Support resolution of customer requests related to the billing process. * Execute notifications and data confirmations required to issue invoices for new customers. * Enter data into airline databases regarding the consignor or final consignee, and notify possible inconsistencies. **Requirements** * Technical degree in Business Administration / Accounting * Experience in collections management, customer service, intermediate Excel, Office 365 * 1–2 years’ experience in similar roles At AEROSAN, we support and promote Law 21.015 on Labor Inclusion; therefore, all our job opportunities are open to persons with disabilities.
