Main Responsibilities: * Timely open, classify, and distribute internal and external mailbags. * Register incoming documents addressed to various organizational departments. * Provide courteous and professional service to suppliers, couriers, and visitors attending the premises. * Accurately and systematically enter invoice and receipt information into the institutional accounting system. * Assist in updating databases, Excel spreadsheets, and administrative records supporting the Finance Department.
