At Sergio Escobar, we are currently looking for a **Quality Control** professional to join our team in **Concepción**, where your main objective will be to ensure that all vehicles repaired at the workshop comply with the company's established quality standards through detailed inspection of each vehicle and verification that all processes adhere to technical specifications and safety regulations. **Responsibilities:** * Inspect the incoming condition of each vehicle and conduct diagnostic tests, suggesting effective solutions where necessary. * Supervise vehicle maintenance and repair processes and perform road tests alongside mechanics to ensure proper functionality. * Issue reports on rework required for rejected vehicles and maintain constant communication with the reception area to evaluate assigned deadlines. * Report rejected vehicles to the workshop supervisor and conduct informational meetings with mechanical teams to discuss findings. * Manage customer complaints related to work quality and provide technical explanations and solutions to reported issues. * Carefully operate machinery and tools required to perform duties, ensuring normal and responsible usage. **Requirements:** * Degree in Automotive Mechanical Engineering, Higher Technical Diploma in Automotive Mechanics, or a related field. * Minimum 3 years of experience in similar roles or functions within quality control in the automotive industry. * Solid knowledge of automotive quality and safety standards. * Class B driver's license (mandatory). **We are looking for someone who stands out in:** * Analytical skills and attention to detail. * Effective ability to plan and organize goals and priorities.
