Job Purpose: Prepare quotations, estimates, and close sales, contributing to the procurement of supplies for both customers and the company. Main Responsibilities: Plan meetings with clients; manage sales and after-sales projects; coordinate merchandise dispatch; organize delivery of pending products; and coordinate with management regarding purchase orders and payments. Organize and classify the customer portfolio; coordinate delivery of sold merchandise; and assign dispatch priorities for products. Prepare quotations and conduct sales to customers; present potential sales projects to superiors; and close sales according to company-established procedures. Regularly review the computer system and update necessary product information (technical specifications, product names, photos, etc.). Conduct a full monthly inventory control of the company and submit a report to the Commercial Management regarding any anomalies. Monitor and verify the condition of inventory parts; ensure confidentiality of company information; protect company physical assets; maintain order and cleanliness at the workplace; and monitor stock levels of essential supplies. ### **Job Requirements** Desired Profile: Technical or professional degree in Business Administration, Logistics, Industrial Engineering, Port Operations, or related field. Minimum 2 years’ experience in similar industrial sales positions. Class B driver’s license. ERP system proficiency.
