Carry out tasks derived from the intraoperative patient care management plan to ensure quality care based on institutional standards. Collaborate with the surgical team during procedures, responding to their requirements to achieve expected outcomes. Understand the operation and handling of available resources in the operating unit. Participate in onboarding, training, and other development activities planned by the institution, aimed at continuous improvement. Maintain an optimal work environment characterized by teamwork, customer orientation, respect for dignity, and humanization—both for patients and internal and external customers.
