Leadership skills development and change management AVOS Tech, a company with over 30 years of experience in the Latin American market for operational and technological services, is currently seeking a **Service Coordinator** specialist in insurance to join its team. **Requirements:** * Academic Background: University degree in Business Engineering, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (preferred). * Experience: Minimum 2 years in HR roles with a focus on customer service and benefits management. * Prior experience in team leadership or supervision. * Intermediate English **Knowledge:** * Basic Human Resources processes * Proficiency in office tools (Excel, Word, email) * Management: planning, HR metrics, internal control, change management. **Skills:** * Leadership and team management: effective communication, conflict resolution, coaching, motivation, workplace climate. * Excellent communication skills: ability to communicate clearly and effectively with the team, client company personnel, and employees across all levels and functions. * Customer orientation: commitment to internal customer satisfaction, demonstrating empathy, patience, and problem-solving skills. * Time management and prioritization: ability to handle multiple tasks and priorities in a dynamic environment.
