At **Sodexo Chile**, we are seeking an **HR Coordinator**. We are looking for professionals with experience in people management, leadership capability, and strong internal customer orientation—professionals who will contribute to the well-being of our employees and the operational excellence of our contracts. **Job Description** As an HR Coordinator, you will play a key role in coordinating HR processes at the assigned site and ensuring a positive experience for our employees. You will be responsible for ensuring compliance with labor legislation, corporate policies, and company standards, thereby contributing to the achievement of operational objectives and strengthening an organizational culture of excellence. **About Us** We are a French company and a global leader in quality-of-life services. Our goal is to generate a positive impact on society and contribute to the well-being of our employees, clients, and the communities where we operate. **Responsibilities** * Advise employees on matters related to people management and labor relations, ensuring compliance with corporate policies, collective bargaining agreements, and current labor regulations. * Implement and monitor the Human Resources management plan for the contract, supporting the achievement of key performance indicators (KPIs), operational efficiency, talent development, and the company’s strategic objectives. * Coordinate and support the execution of employee training, development, and capacity-building programs, reinforcing the competencies required for individual performance and organizational growth. * Support recruitment and selection processes, ensuring timely coverage of vacancies through evaluation and integration of talent aligned with contract requirements. * Manage labor relations, organizational climate, and employee support activities, promoting a work environment grounded in respect, inclusion, and employee well-being. * Generate and analyze people management reports, proposing improvement actions that support operational continuity and fulfillment of contract objectives. **Requirements** * Residence within the Coquimbo or Tarapacá regions. * Professional degree in Human Resources Engineering, Business Administration Engineering, Commercial Engineering, or a related field, with specialization or experience in people management and labor relations. * Minimum 3 years of experience in this role. * Minimum 1 year of experience in mining. * Availability to work rotating 10x10 shifts. * Health condition compatible with the job. **Benefits** Opportunity for professional growth and development within the company.
