Senior Production Support Analyst Santiago, Chile \| Hybrid Mode At **AGTEC**, we are looking for a **Senior Production Support Analyst** to join an important Technology project, ensuring operational continuity of critical applications and services within a high-availability environment. If you have experience in incident management, platform monitoring, production support, and resolving complex issues, this opportunity is for you. **Job Objective** ---------------------- Guarantee operational continuity of critical services and applications by monitoring, managing, and resolving production incidents, ensuring compliance with service-level agreements (SLAs) and delivering an optimal experience for internal users and customers. **Key Responsibilities** --------------------------------- * Proactively monitor the availability and performance of production services. * Manage production incidents from diagnosis through resolution. * Execute recovery and contingency procedures to minimize operational impact. * Coordinate incident resolution with Development, Infrastructure, Architecture, Networking, Database, and external vendor teams. * Conduct root cause analysis (RCA) and promote preventive actions. * Maintain up-to-date technical documentation and operational procedures. * Participate in support shifts and handle critical incidents as required. * Ensure compliance with established SLAs and operational standards. **✅ Mandatory Requirements** ---------------------------- * Experience in production support and management of critical incidents. * Knowledge and application of ITIL methodology. * Proficiency with Linux and Windows Server operating systems. * Experience performing queries and analysis using SQL. * Experience with monitoring and observability tools. * Ability to coordinate and manage incidents across multiple technology teams. * Experience in root cause analysis and problem resolution. * **Desirable Skills** * Splunk * Grafana * AppDynamics * Zabbix * Jira * Oracle * SQL Server * PostgreSQL * APIs and Microservices * AWS, Azure or GCP **Conditions** --------------- Mode: Hybrid On-site attendance: To be coordinated with the team **What We Are Looking For** ------------------ We seek professionals with strong analytical and problem-solving orientation, capable of performing under pressure, coordinating multiple teams, and actively contributing to the stability and continuity of critical technology services.
