Responsibilities * Perform cleaning and disinfection routines across assigned units. * Prepare cleaning supplies, tools, and equipment, and handle their replenishment and transportation, as required for service delivery. ✅ * Provide customer service related to cleaning service delivery. * Implement and support monitoring and application of current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience in cleaning and fieldwork. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in cleaning services. * Ability to work collaboratively in a dynamic field environment. * Availability to work on an 8x6 shift schedule. * Residence in the city of Antofagasta (Mandatory).
