Job Description: You will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities * Prepare and carry out cleaning and organizing tasks in assigned areas (e.g., prep areas, storage rooms, dining halls, production lines, etc.). * Provide customer service related to food delivery. * Prepare tools, utensils, supplies, equipment, and manage their replenishment and transportation required for food service and cleaning operations. * Carry out and support tasks related to monitoring and implementing current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Requirements * Minimum 1 year of experience working in cleaning and/or customer service in casinos. * Basic knowledge of customer service protocols and quality standards in food service. * Ability to work collaboratively in a team and in a dynamic casino environment. * Availability to work on an 8x6 shift schedule. * Residence in the city of Antofagasta. (Mandatory).
