Job Description You will be responsible for preparing and carrying out cleaning, organization, and customer service activities before, during, and after on-site food service delivery, ensuring compliance with customer service protocols according to the organization’s established quality and safety standards. Responsibilities Prepare and carry out cleaning and organization tasks in assigned areas (e.g., unloading zones, warehouses, dining halls, production lines, etc.). Maintain compliance with hygiene, cleaning, and sanitization standards by following company-designated protocols. Provide customer service related to food delivery. Ensure service delivery complies with service standards, continuously monitoring product replenishment. Prepare, replenish, and transport equipment, utensils, supplies, tools, and other items involved in food service and cleaning operations. Support food delivery according to requirements, maintaining availability and proper functioning of work equipment per established standards. Carry out and support control tasks, as well as implementation of current company and site-specific protocols and procedures. Contribute to meeting the service standards defined for each activity.· Requirements Relevant work experience in the role. Desirable experience in mining operations.
