We are seeking talent for the position of Warehouse Worker, who will be responsible for executing detailed control and registration of receiving, storage, consolidation, and dispatch activities of supplies required for the proper execution of work across various contract units. Manage the warehouse under their responsibility, ensuring control over the entry and exit of tools, supplies, personal protective equipment (PPE), and equipment entering under the contract or via rental arrangements. Key Responsibilities Complete your AST prior to commencing duties. Ensure products, supplies, PPE, clothing, or other items are stored under optimal conditions and that their entry complies with organizational quality standards. Execute operational processes related to warehouse activities. Conduct inventory procedures within their area of responsibility and identify materials received into the warehouse, while maintaining an updated database recording the usage and destination of assets within the service. Record movements of assets, materials, tools, raw materials, and track them accordingly. Control information within their area of responsibility and generate reports for submission to their supervisor. Comply with occupational safety and accident prevention regulations across all stages of the supply chain logistics. Withdraw materials and spare parts from the client’s warehouse and return surpluses for re-entry. Responsible for entering, declaring, and withdrawing materials and spare parts at the client-designated office, using the client’s required procedures and protocols. Control and manage documentation enabling performance of duties. Support coordination of material and supply dispatch with central organization. Protect assets, investments, materials, and tools. Responsible for collecting clothing, PPE, materials, and spare parts from supplier locations and/or offices. Maintain, participate in, and improve 5S practices, including evaluations and dashboard updates; maintain traceability in corresponding filing systems. Professional Profile Required **Education:** (Professional or Technical) Completion of secondary education (fourth year), either scientific-humanistic or technical-professional track. **Experience:** Minimum one year of demonstrable experience in warehouse-related duties, including receiving, storage, inventory control, and material dispatch. **Training (Expected Knowledge):** Knowledge of PPE, tools, and materials.
