Job Summary: Port operator responsible for scheduling in Navis N4, cargo control, supervision, and compliance with port regulations. Key Responsibilities: 1. Operation of Navis N4 and XPS systems for port cargo control 2. Participation in operational planning and continuous improvement 3. Ensuring operational excellence, safety, and environmental protection * Shift-based * Operator * Antofagasta Region * Mejillones Perform scheduling in the Navis N4 system, operate the XPS system, control the entry and exit of port cargo, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements for port operations, meeting client requirements and legal regulations, and maintaining standards of operational excellence, safety, and environmental protection * Participate in planning tasks to be performed during your respective shift. * Perform scheduling in the Navis N4 system and control port entry and exit. * Supervise and verify the condition of cargo and transportation entering and leaving the port terminal. * Verify data entry into the system. * Complete organizational training courses and assessments. * Apply Stop Work (responsible stoppage). * Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, investigations of findings/incidents, or similar activities. * Comply with role requirements and responsibilities under the company's integrated management system (in terms of safety, occupational health, and environment). * Perform cleaning tasks according to port transfer and installation system plans. **Desired Profile** ------------------ * Verify cargo entry and exit through TGN systems to achieve operational excellence in scheduled port operations, in accordance with safety, health, and environmental standards. * Operate the Navis N4 and XPS systems correctly. * Basic Port Operations Safety Course (Red Card). * Basic English. * Completed Secondary Education. * Minimum 1 year of experience. * Minimum education level: Secondary. * Graduate. * Proactive attitude. * High learning capacity. * Good availability. * High sense of responsibility. * Spanish (native level). * English (basic level).
