About the Role
Diablo4 Mall Digital Commerce and Customer Operations is seeking a **Transportation Supervisor** to coordinate and supervise daily transportation and distribution operations in Peñaflor.
In this role, you will be responsible for organizing routes, controlling dispatches, supervising drivers and carriers, monitoring deliveries, and ensuring compliance with established service levels.
You will collaborate with Logistics, Warehouse, Operations, Customer Service, and transportation providers to maintain an efficient, safe, and deadline-oriented operation.
We seek a candidate with hands-on experience in transportation and distribution, leadership capability, and the ability to quickly resolve operational issues.

Key Responsibilities
**Transportation Supervision:** Coordinate daily transportation, dispatch, and distribution activities.
**Route Planning:** Organize and optimize routes considering volumes, time windows, vehicle availability, and operational priorities.
**Driver Management:** Coordinate assignments, schedules, route compliance, and performance of internal or external drivers.
**Delivery Monitoring:** Track dispatches and respond promptly to delays, deviations, or incidents.
**Fleet Management:** Monitor vehicle availability, utilization, and operational conditions of assigned vehicles.
**Transportation KPIs:** Monitor metrics such as punctuality, completed deliveries, fleet utilization, kilometers traveled, and transportation costs.
**Warehouse Coordination:** Collaborate with picking and dispatch teams to ensure orders are available within scheduled timeframes.
**Carrier Management:** Maintain communication with external providers and verify compliance with contractual terms and service levels.
**Incident Resolution:** Manage delays, rejections, returns, vehicle breakdowns, and other situations affecting distribution.
**Documentation Control:** Maintain up-to-date records of trips, waybills, route sheets, delivery confirmations, and related documentation.
**Safety:** Promote safe driving, loading/unloading, and transportation operational practices.
**Cost Control:** Review transportation-related expenses, fuel, external services, and resource utilization.
**Reporting:** Prepare daily and periodic reports on performance, incidents, productivity, and delivery compliance.
**Continuous Improvement:** Identify opportunities to reduce time, costs, and unproductive mileage.
What We Look For
**Experience:** 3–5 years of experience in transportation, distribution, logistics, dispatch, or related functions, ideally including supervisory experience.
**Leadership:** Ability to coordinate drivers, carriers, and operational teams.
**Planning:** Experience organizing routes, schedules, dispatches, and distribution priorities.
**Fleet Management:** Knowledge of vehicle control, availability, utilization, and operational tracking.
**Systems:** Experience using TMS, GPS, ERP, WMS, or transportation tracking platforms is considered an advantage.
**Excel:** Proficient use of Microsoft Excel for reporting, KPI tracking, and operational control.
**KPIs:** Experience working with service-level, productivity, punctuality, and cost metrics.
**Problem Solving:** Ability to make quick decisions in response to delays, route changes, and contingencies.
**Communication:** Strong coordination skills with drivers, providers, customers, and internal teams.
**Organization:** Ability to simultaneously manage multiple routes, vehicles, and priorities.
**Operational Safety:** Knowledge of best practices related to transportation, risk prevention, and safe driving.
**Education:** Higher Technical Diploma or professional degree in Logistics, Transportation, Administration, Logistics Engineering, or a related field.
**Languages:** Professional Spanish required. Basic or intermediate English is considered an advantage.

Salary: $16.000 – $19.000 per year
