Master passenger service operations for each flight departure, complying with regulations imposed by Swissport Chile S.A., the airline, and DGAC, as applicable. **Responsibilities**
* Comply with and enforce regulations and rules issued by the Directorate General of Civil Aviation (DGAC), NP Concession, and Swissport.
* Know and apply SWP and airline Operational and Emergency Procedures.
* Maintain a valid airport credential, **TICA No. 5**, and be certified for jet bridge operation.
* Accurately register and sign attendance at the start and end of each shift.
* Attend briefing and debriefing sessions for each shift.
* Carry required materials for arrival and boarding gate operations per client requirements.
* Use PPE correctly.
* Perform lobby duties, including passenger segregation by class and document verification (first contact with the passenger).
* Execute all procedures outlined in Swissport and client manuals for boarding, lobby, and dispatch.
* Enter passenger information accurately into the system.
* Collect ancillary fees according to client procedures.
* Follow the procedure for accepting dangerous goods at the client’s counter.
* Verify that checked baggage complies with the airline’s baggage allowance and charge accordingly for excess or non-allowable baggage.
* Ensure luggage is properly tagged and identified.
* Ask required security-related questions per regulatory requirements.
* Ensure passengers are aware of travel regulations.
* (Name, phone number, and address). Request seat preferences from passengers, display the seat map, and offer alternatives based on seat availability. If passengers are traveling with companions or family members, assign seats together or as close as possible.
* Inquire whether passengers carry any restricted items in their carry-on baggage (security questions). If so, request that such items be placed in checked baggage.
* Tag and verify that carry-on baggage meets travel requirements.
* Provide passengers with their boarding pass(es) and direct them appropriately, indicating flight number, gate, and boarding time.
* Conduct a cross-check in the boarding lounge between the passenger’s passport and boarding pass.
* Confirm that the correct passenger boards the correct flight.
* Compile statistics (COPAE) per airline requirements.
* Stay updated on procedures for each client and Swissport.
* Stay updated on documentation requirements for international flights.
* Efficiently communicate operational information to the Supervisor or Flight Lead Agent.
* Be available for unexpected situations (e.g., flight delays and/or complex operations).
* Support various flight functions for which you are certified and/or as directed by the Supervisor or Flight Lead Agent.
* Perform assigned tasks with high-quality outcomes.
* This role may be part-time or full-time.
* Fulfill responsibilities detailed in the Station QHSE Management System Manual and other manuals under your responsibility and management, ensuring compliance with ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISAGO standards.
**Requirements and Competencies**
* Technical degree in tourism and/or related field.
* Computer literacy and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
* Familiarity with airline systems.
* Achieve a minimum 80% pass rate in training courses delivered by SWP and clients.
* Proactive, responsible, organized, and leadership-oriented.
* Ability to work under pressure.
* Intermediate English; additional languages desirable.
