You are the ideal candidate for this role if you are a forward-thinking, committed, and enthusiastic software engineer passionate about technology. **Your Responsibilities** * Design, develop, and manage large-scale applications across the full engineering stack. * Design, develop, test, deploy, maintain, and enhance software. * Apply modern software development practices (serverless computing, microservices architecture, CI/CD, infrastructure as code, etc.). * Collaborate with other teams to integrate our systems with existing internal systems, Data Fabric, and CSA Toolset. * Participate in discussions regarding the technology roadmap and architecture to realize business requirements and vision. * Be part of a highly collaborative and globally distributed engineering team. * Triage product or system issues, debug them, track them, and resolve them by analyzing root causes and their impact on the network or on operations and service quality. * Independently manage project priorities, deadlines, and deliverables. * Research, create, and develop software applications to extend and improve Equifax solutions. * Collaborate on scalability-related matters concerning data and information access. * Actively participate in sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, and other **What Experience Is Required?** * Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience * More than 5 years of experience in software engineering * More than 5 years of experience writing, debugging, and troubleshooting code in Java, SpringBoot, TypeScript/JavaScript, HTML, and CSS * More than 5 years of experience with cloud technologies: GCP, AWS, or Azure * More than 5 years of experience designing and developing cloud-native solutions * More than 5 years of experience designing and developing microservices using Java, SpringBoot, GCP SDK, and GKE/Kubernetes * More than 5 years of experience implementing and releasing software using Jenkins CI/CD pipelines; understanding of infrastructure-as-code concepts, Helm Charts, and Terraform builds * What Sets You Apart * A self-starter who identifies and responds to shifting priorities with minimal supervision. * Experience designing and developing big data processing solutions using Dataflow/Apache Beam, Bigtable, BigQuery, PubSub, GCS, Composer/Airflow, and others * UI development (e.g., HTML, JavaScript, Angular, Bootstrap) * Experience with backend technologies such as JAVA/J2EE, SpringBoot, SOA, and microservices. * Source code control management systems (e.g., SVN/Git, GitHub) and build tools such as Maven and Gradle. * Agile environments (e.g., Scrum, XP). * Relational databases (e.g., SQL Server, MySQL). * Atlassian tools (e.g., JIRA, Confluence, and Github) * Development with modern JDK (v1\.7\+) * Automated testing: JUnit, Selenium, LoadRunner, SoapUI We offer a hybrid work model, flexible hours, additional paid time off, comprehensive compensation and supplemental medical insurance packages, a gym membership program, parental benefits, access to our online learning platform, recognition programs, professional career development, and a diverse, multicultural workplace—among many others!
