Job Mission: You will be responsible for developing, planning, and executing the full media strategy and plan for the brands represented in Chile. You will aim to achieve all media objectives in terms of KPIs while optimizing the budget. Responsibilities: Responsible for leading the planning and execution of the media strategy for Chile’s 9 brands, aligned with each brand’s annual strategy and plan. Maintain ongoing coordination with brand strategy and content leads to ensure proper alignment between media strategy and the brand’s annual plan. Establish continuous and direct coordination with the regional BMC team to ensure regional guidance is aligned with the local brand plan. Set up tracking dashboards focused on objective setting and budget optimization. Develop projects focused on improving visibility of our digital platforms: SEO and SEM. Execute and plan all 360-degree marketing, multi-platform, digital innovation, audience analytics, and budget management initiatives. Media innovation and disruption Develop KPI tracking dashboards centered on objective setting and budget optimization. Performance management with focus on lead generation. Lead, manage, and oversee the media agency. Manage media investment budget **Requirements:** We seek innovation and disruption in media. You must have comprehensive understanding of 360-degree marketing plans, online and offline platforms, digital innovation, audience analytics, and budget management. Experience managing agencies. Knowledge of media management and budget management. Hands-on experience with web ecosystems (traffic measurement – Google Analytics). Proven knowledge and experience with performance tools. Advanced English proficiency will facilitate your interaction with the regional office and headquarters.
