ESE Business School at Universidad de los Andes is seeking a Program Coordinator to join its Program Coordination Unit.
JOB OBJECTIVE
To ensure complete satisfaction of participants in ESE programs by overseeing all details involved in designing and executing a program, and proposing improvements toward this goal. The Coordinator serves as ESE’s liaison with program participants and supervises the proper execution of all activities comprising a program.
MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES
* Ensure complete satisfaction of program participants, attending to all details throughout the entire process—from enrollment through graduation.
* Properly execute the assigned program.
* Coordinate the calendar and scheduling of sessions.
* Maintain high service quality for participants across all assigned programs.

**Candidate Requirements**

* ACADEMIC QUALIFICATIONS: Degree in Service Management, Business Administration, Commercial Engineering, or related fields.
* PRIOR EXPERIENCE: Preferably customer-facing experience.
* SOFTWARE/COMPUTER PROFICIENCY: Intermediate-level Word and Excel user.
* LANGUAGES: Spanish and intermediate English.

**Our Benefits**

* Fixed-term contract for 3 months, followed by an indefinite contract subject to performance evaluation.
* Work schedule: 42 hours per week, Monday–Thursday from 08:30 to 18:00 hrs., and Friday from 08:30 to 15:00 hrs.
* Collective vacation (first three weeks of February), plus one additional vacation day that may be taken at any time during the year.
